Buying Process

- Cowen Funding Services, Task MetroMortgage and Imortgage.com are our preferred lenders.  They have a wide variety of loan options to suit your needs.  By using them, you will not only receive top notch service and loan packages, but you will also receive the following credits at closing:

  • Junior One Bedroom: .95% of your loan amount and a 1 year home warranty
  • One Bedroom/Townhome: .82% of your loan amount and a 1 year home warranty
  • Two Bedroom: .78% of your loan amount and a 1 year home warranty

- Independence Title is our selected title company handling all of the closings.  With their vast amount of experience, attention to details, and top quality service, they will assure that your transaction goes smoothly.
