Outdoor Pool

Relax and enjoy the warm Texas weather by the outdoor pool located in the front of the community.

 

  

Weight Room/Cardio Room

We have enlisted the expertise of a master trainer to design the lay out of the fitness area for 2020 Congress.  The cardio room will consist of 6 machines (2 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, 2 eliptical machines), an area for stretching and abdominal work, and a flat screen TV.  The weight room will consist of a variety of machines to cater to a full body workout.  Slated for delivery in the second phase of the project and located in the front of the community overlooking the pool, take advantage of the convenience of working out at your home!

 

Courtyard

Tucked back in the middle of the community sits the beautiful courtyard.  Shaded by magnificent large oak trees, this area is perfect for relaxing outdoors on both cold and hot days.  Slated for delivery at the end of the first phase of the project, the courtyard will have two grills, a gazebo, and several sitting areas.  Experience the serenity of the outdoors in this spacious area right outside your home!
